Whoever becoming engaged in the company of betting or wagering knowingly takes advantage of a wire interaction facility for that transmission in interstate or international commerce of bets or wagers or data assisting in the positioning of bets or wagers on any sporting party or contest, or for the transmission of the wire communication which entit
